Since a young age Pat has been in the kitchen learning the secrets of amazing cuisine from his father Chef Simon Leon. Even as a young up and coming cook Pat shown competetive and a love to create amazing food for people to enjoy. Many competitions have fallen before his cooking prowess. He is one chef that is always looking to learn and outshine his previous creations.
Pat's Kitchen was opened in 2010 an is currently a local hotspot. Tourests flock to Pat's Kitchen looking to feel the love that is poured into every dish. This establishment is a cornerstone to the commuinity and a symbol of what you can acheve through dedication, hard work and a passion to achieve a set goal. Every year Pat's Kitchen hold 2 different annual cook offs. One is a BBQ grill off and the other is a gourmet competition. The proceeds are split between the winner and donated to those in need within the community. Everyday fresh catch is brought in and served that day, it is never frozen. Chef Pat is careful to only get the freshest ingredients for his dishes. We are waiting to give you an experience in food unlike any other. See you soon!
